Nature of the data collected

While browsing, our server (hosted by LWS.FR) stores logs. This mainly consists of collecting your IP address and your request history (such as a page visit, for example).

Users can provide their personal data by making a request via the contact form, the online order form or by filling in a newsletter subscription form.

Reason for data collection

The purpose of server logs is to be able to detect intrusion attempts and anomalies, with the aim of guaranteeing the security of the computer system.

Who processes the collected data?

DIREXION (site management company, processor) and LWS.FR (hosting company, processor) are the recipients of the server logs for the purpose described above. Access to the logging system is secure and regulated. LWS.FR acts as a processor and guarantees that it has implemented all technical and organisational measures to protect the data as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which replaces Directive 95/46/EC.

MICHAEL DURNHOLZ SRL is the recipient of the information collected via the contact form, the online order form or the newsletter form for the purposes described above.

User consent

Each user is clearly informed of the ways in which their personal data may be used at the time they provide it and as described in this privacy policy.

Shelf life

Server logs are stored for a period of 24 months.

The data collected via the contact form on this site is kept for a period of 3 years. Newsletter form data is kept until the customer decides to unsubscribe from the newsletter mailings. An unsubscribe link will systematically be provided in every email.
